It depends on the hardware version of your main Q.

Older boxes are limited to 1 concurrent mini whereas most are 2.  (Although you can have upto 4 minis lent to you)

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

@KG25 You can have a maximum of 4 mini boxes loaned to you by Sky.

All 2TB boxes and the UHD/HDR 1TB permit watching on two mini boxes and the main box at 1 time. You may also be able to use a 3rd mini box at the same time if you’re using it for one of the apps such as Netflix.
The older 1TB non UHD box only allows you to watch on 1 mini box as well as the main box .

Each mini box which is loaned to you may be subject to a one off upfront charge but you only need one Sky Q monthly Multiscreen subscription.

I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer
