hi today i switched on and had problems with remote control as it took me to sky settings set up. had to ring sky for assistance.as would not move from screen . i finally got it working. however later that day when switched the tv on again, it kept loosing broadband connection, despite entering password in. i had again had to ring sky and when then fixed after refresh all my apps and rebooting, it appears my saved recordings have disappeared. from similar post it appears in march 2025 people have had the same problems. when asked sky assistant they couldnt assist or explain why lost. ive tried rebotting sky q box as suggested but no sign of recordings. ive saved five shows i wanted to keep. is my sky q box on its way out?
