Issues sky TV black screen

i was watching YouTube then home button but broadband not connected it been 4 years broadband then I trying reset I can't confirm then I turn off ended up I see green turn on then .. black screen what I do

Samsung crystal 50"  1 month sky Q 1tb been years 6 sky broadband 4 years

Have you power cycled the Sky Q box by turning off at the mains for 5 minutes (or just unplugging the power lead from the back of the box if easier)?
