Do you need a certain package to be able to download iveBe programmes? 
It will let me set up record but won't let me download?

I don't have HD, so changed to download in SD and it still won't let me.

Did you just try to download the SD version or change your default download preference :to SD 

Main Menu -> Settings -> Setup -> Preferences ?

@nigea99 I had only tried to download the SD version. But have just changed preferences to SD and now it works ! Thank you!!
