internet dropping out

Does anyone have any problems with wifi during the night? Constantly having no internet connection between 2am and 5 am. Have rebooted router numerous times to no avail.  Tried to reach customer service but gave up!.Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Do you have sky q that acts as a mesh .  If so the timings may be due to the sky tv box having eco mode on

do i have to turn eco mode off on all of my sky q boxes in order for my internet to not keep dropping? if so what option would this be? thanks

Turn it off as below on the main box

I am not sure if it has to be done on the mini boxes as well but will bump this onto the sky q forum

@nigea99 does eco mode just need turned off on the main q box or minis as well. Thanks👍

The eco mode setting & altetnatives are  box independent so need setting on each box

Apparently eco mode needs set to none on the main box and the minis as well

@angie10 @cookiemonsteruk it's best to turn eco off on all the boxes and have them all set to the same setting either active or none 


I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer
