That sounds like a message from the TV not the Sky box in which case check the cables going to the TV. A “no satellite signal” message relates to your Sky box.

Sky box has crashed, power cycle it
or you're on the wrong HDMI input as per the on-screen message
When you turn a sky box on it will normally send a wake-up signal to the TV and the TV will auto-switch to the correct input but it's not 100% reliable so sometimes you need to change source/input manually using the TV remote.
