hello since becoming a skyQ customer after having sky+ for a number of years im having a constant problem with the connection to the skyQbox from my internet with recordings and apps constatky saying no connection or limited services available i never had a problem until i changed to skyQ internet is an absolute nightmare please help as dont understand what im paying for????

Hi @konee4112 Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on?.

constantly having to re set Sky Q box and router ! sitting for hours finger on WPS button then still NO CONNECTION ! Why does this keep happening ??? then it says unsuccessful connection try again or you may need a Sky Q Booster !!! had Sky for years never needed a booster ! Just a blooming Joke this is now !

Did Sky+HD have wifi? (Fwiw I think the wifi on Q is bad)
