I already spoke to sky for 30 mins and they were totally confused by this error message (when i try and buy a PPV fight)
Then the phone was disconnected and i didn't get a call back
On twitter if i contact sky, in the hours it takes for them to send the security check i forget about it and it expires
Can someone just help on this subject here?
I just want to spend money with Sky...
Please don't make me speak to someone on the phone again it was painful.

lol i clicked the live chat filled in the info then was told they can't help and i had to email
So i sent an email with all my info and it said they can't help and sent me a link to the help homepage
Featuring a banner saying
Our Contact Centres are particularly busy and we're sorry if call queues are longer than normal right now.
So have tried to call, twitter,forum,email and live chat on this simple error message.
Forget it then i won't pay for the event

thanks for suggestion but i'd imagine they'll be dealing with thousands of others customers when the event is live
i was hoping to nip this in the bud early

in case anyone sees this in future
after contacting on twitter a few times i was able to lock in a security pass which occured 24 hours after the initial request for help
But after i passed the security the agent helped me immediately and quickly resolved the issue painlessly
So twitter much better than the phone for this one
