When I try to watch a film or video from my iPhone in my sky mini box, I get audio but no pictures?

Hi @Sluggy14 You need Airplay 2 to cast video. No Sky Q box has Airplay 2. It is audio only.

Sky+ boxes don't have a Mini box variant, so I assume you have Sky Q and have moved your post accordingly.

As above, that's correct - only audio is supported.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
