i still have not received my sky Q box and the engine keeps cancelling my set up date

i still have no sky Q box and i should be set up today and the engine keeps cancelling my set up

The engineer brings the Sky Q box, remote, cables and any mini boxes with them along with a dish if you haven't already got one.

they said they were coming today but nothing from them same as last month they said they were coming and nothing do you if they ring when they are on way to let you no please

I am sorry to hear that you have had a second missed appointment - expecially if you have had to wait so long for the rechedule.

 

Although I do not know home much the team at SKY that we can escalate to can help,  I have escalated your post to them  who, hopefully, will be in touch to let you know if & how they may be able to assist.

If you are using Safari I believe you must make sure that 'Hide IP adress' is not checked in settings to be able to see it - if you have difficulty finding that setting then may be try accessing here with another browser

hi i think they coming out on the first to install everything i live in a top flat so i am going to put a sign on the front door so they no this time all should go well
