i cant get bbciplayer, itv iplayer, documentaries etc

i havent had any help. i will cancel if this problem is not sorted. i am unable to access bbciplayer itv iplaer etc!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the service is terrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

@direneed Afraid you are not contacting Sky's customer services on here, this is a customer to customer forum where customers help each other.

What have you tried  ?

Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions

Have you tried rebooting your router ?
