how to get a new remote control???

This worked perfectly.  Sky saying ill

get a replacement in 3-5 days.  Makes you wonder why they don't have a better search facility.  This took me half an hour to sort and only then, after your really helpful link.  Thanks 🙂

Not sure what you mean. The link already provided leads to a form to request a free replacement remote for Sky Q.

My sky remote is becoming very difficult to use / you have to press any button really hard and most times several times , some buttons don't work .

Would it be possible to get a replacement remote for the main Q box ?
