after skyq was installed, my tvs in the kichen and bedroom have non or weak signal. They are both just normal tvs not skyq.

I think this may be linked to your last question.
The old SKY HD boxes acted as a slight booster especially as it had 2 outputs
Linking the old RF cables may not be enough & you might need an RF booster

By the sounds of it, you've moved from Sky+ which doesn't work the same way for additional TV's the way Sky Q.
