have to cancel new skyq box as ive got it working now

called yesterday as box SKYQ was not working agent ordered new box but got the box working now so would like to cancel this order

You'll need to call again to cancel what I presume would be a box swap delivered by DPD. You can't cancel via the forum.

If the new box arrives, just refuse to accept it & DPD should return it to Sky

I am just another Sky customer!
