Sky mini boxes and main sky Q box repeatedly dropping off and requiring reset several times a day
Hello - I am beyond frustrated with this . Several times a day we are having to reset all our sky boxes including the Q box . One will start to work but then a different one will drop off . We are subscribed to sky broadband and have fibre cable in our area . We also find that the WiFi drops off a few times a day ( sometimes just for a second or two ) and can sometimes be very slow .
Has anyone else experienced this ?
We pay sky for the highest speeds available in our area .
we've just spent 50 minutes attempting to reset the sky mini box in our bedroom ( along with the main box downstairs and the WiFi for the fourth time today ) and have now given up as we've lost the will !!
Any advice would be much appreciated, we have done the sky recommended resets on all appliances just fyi .
Also skys" AI " system was absolutely no help at all today , does anyone know how you can actually speak to customer services without being routed to the AI ?

Hi @Victoriajam Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on, do the same with any Mini boxes?
I used to have superpowers… But a therapist took them away.

I am having the same issue and tried restarting etc. but still the issue is not resolved.
