equipment

how do i sent an item of equipment back that isn't on their records that i even have the said item ? 

 

does anyone know and could enlighten me ?

Probably by returning it using the Royal Mail Returns recycling pathway.

Only use this if you are absolutely sure it won't subsequently be the subject of a returns request from Sky, though.
