Issues with the hard drive

We have been having issues with our hard disk drive it is

-not recording

-green light is not on

-It does not pause

-have to keep rebooting

-Error message - This service is not available because of a problem with your Hard Disk Drive

 

i want to discuss my plan I am very unhappy with this service being a customer of Sky for a long time now.

You need to give Sky a ring to discuss your subscription. 

If you want to order a replacement Sky Q box you can do so here:

@Khudeja as it appears you are having problems with your hard drive follow the link below which takes you through a few options on trying to fix the hard drive problem but if these dont work it allows you to order a replacement box

@Khudeja If you follow the link I posted it should lead you to ordering a new box but if you feel the need to call Sky

If you definitely need to contact Sky, then if you already have a Sky Mobile or a Sky Talk landline call free by dialling 150, otherwise you can use:
https://www.sky.com/help/home
UK customers: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number.
ROI customers: change the flag in the bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0818 number.
(The forum doesn’t allow us to type the numbers in full).

You will find that similar to calling other large companies the start will be automated which may also try to send you back to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and don’t hang up.
