You'll need to do that on the MySky app or on the website, or if not possible there, by ringing Sky. It cannot be done via this public forum.

Trying the same. Can't do it on the websit nor on the tv.. whattsapp tell you your password and security questions are wrong even tho they are not. On hold for 25 minutes and counting. Last time I tied to call they cut me off after 40 minutes. Nothing ever changes [Removed]

To remove part of your TV package you need to contact Sky giving the standard 31 days notice. If you have 'in contract' discounts you may not be able to remove them. Also make sure cancellation of a certain add-on doesn’t cancel another part of a discount.

You may be able to remove it via this link which includes a message option (usually available between 9am & 7.30pm) or by calling in using the number that should appear.

Re: delete Ultra HD from my package.

After numerous hours and dropped calls I finally got through to sky Ireland number and got them taken off. A blatant set of lies to begin with. €30 per month and free UHD for a month, then you need to sucscribe after that if you want to keep it. No. we automatically subscribe you and you will have to spend smany hours and jump through hoops in a system designed to make it almost impossible to get anything downgraded. Never mentioned the normal HD channels were extra, but automatically added €10 euro per month in December after the "free" period I never knew about ended.

The whattapp support is a waste of time and when I did get someone to answer they epitomised incompetence before giving up and telling me to call a number to get help. After and hour and a half trying to get the downgrade I shouldn't have to do.  ANother hour and a half on hold and two dropped calls which I can only assume at ths point they do on purpose to encourage you to give up trying.

What a joke.  Sky. Putting the "**bleep** you" into customer service. The ryanair of tv services, with less empathy. If you look upo the definition of "buyer beware", you'll see their logo.  But thanks for the help..😁
