Wifi

Hello, I was sent a new WiFi hub along with a new contract. No one told me that I was expected to return the old unit and as a result I have sent it to be recycled. 
I am therefore unable to return said unit.

Then if it's one that Sky have subsequently requested be returned you'll incur non return charges.
