Over the past few weeks we've noticed that certain programmes on BBC1, that are set to series record on Sky Q are missing the start by a good 2-3 minutes. We have also noticed that certain other programmes that we turn on to what live have also started. How can we rectify this. Thanks

Hi @Loopimooi Try rebooting your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on to reboot?
