, can we add another Q mini box?

We have an main Q box downstairs and a mini upstairs. Can we add another Q box to a different room upstairs? It looks like it £50 charge but is there anything monthly to pay??

Nothing is paid monthly, there  is an upfront cost of 50 pounds for every mini after the first one.

As mentioned above, your current Multiscreen current payment will stay the same (that allows the use of multiple Sky Q minis, two on at the same time, plus viewing with the Sky Go app on tablets/phones/PCs/Game consoles/Apple TV).
But you will have to pay a one off upfront charge of £50.

Which main box do you have? You can have a maximum of 4 mini boxes loaned to you by Sky. You can watch Sky content on two minis and the main box at the same time. You may be able to use a 3rd mini box at the same time if you’re using it for one of the apps such as Netflix.
The original 1TB (non-UHD) Sky Q box only allows one mini to be in use. All 2TBs and the UHD/HDR 1TB permit two mini boxes. Each mini box which is loaned to you may be subject to a one off upfront charge but you only need one Sky Q monthly Multiscreen subscription.
