can not upgrade online

i only have the basic account so just renting my box since the pandemic i had to downgrade due to my working hour changing, now in a better postition work wise so  have been trying to upgrade to a  sky tv package but its not letting me online no idea why, not in a postiton to ring them due to my working day times so thought it would be easier doing it online. .

If you can't upgrade online and you can't upgrade via your box itself then wehn you next get free time you will have to call Sky.
