buttons not working on SkyQ

My SkyQ remote buttons are not working the following ones are:

Record Button

Volume Change

Mute

Info button

Channel Change.

All other buttons are working fine with no issue, i have changed the  batteries plus cleaned out the buttons. I have done a reset of my box and done a reset of the remote but doing the buttons but it is still not working. 

I called Sky to get this sorted but they could not and were meant to be sending a replace remote but have not heard anyrhing.

any suggestions?

In the meantime if you have an Apple device with Sky Go you can set up a virtual remote to control your Q boxes.
