What signal strength does it say your box is receiving on the settings menu?

Check the connections at the back of the box and if it still doesn't help you'll need to ring Sky and ask for an engineer to attend and check your cabling and dish alignment.

Presuming you mean the dish, if you are connected to a communal dish you’ll need to liaise with you building management company / landlord who will have their approved engineers to contact.

Note: A dish misalignment is not necessarily something that will be visible to the naked eye and could only affect one or two channels.
