in the last last 4 days have had both an actual Sky technician and a telephone consultation which lasted 2.5hrs. both left with the mini boxes working. last visit was Tuesday 10th Oct.
friday morning at 6.00 I put the news on ,within seconds the picture froze. I got my mobile and took a number of video (showing the time date and the programme being watched -just in case they don't believe me. 3 video timed at 6.05, 6.45 and 8.10am. My mobile phone also labours when in the house -continuously showing searching circle. so I suspect it is something to do with the router.
awaiting another technician this morning, but we can't carry on like this, at our age we do rely on the TV/Sky
