Can watch subscribed channel on TV
I subscribed to sky cricket channel about a week ago. I can watch that on sky go app but can't do so my TV. It says press red button when I do so it says that you have already subscribed to this channel but nothing comes up. Have started sky Q box multiple times. Any solutions please?

@Greenfingers001 ... Still waiting for further response but none. The issue is really bugging me now as I can't watch matches - the reason I subscribed this channel to. Please sort it out early. Tx

I’ve re-escalated your post to Sky and the Messaging Team may get in touch with you later today.
Look out for a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. Once that appears you have 48 hours to click on it and join the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to each chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky are not instant so you’ll need to regularly check the chat thread.

Hi @Masood Try rebooting your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on to reboot?
I used to have superpowers… But a therapist took them away.
