@KevNewMedia has kindly escalated your post. Look out for a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. Once that appears you have 48 hours to click on it and join the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to each chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky are not instant so you’ll just need to regularly check the chat thread and go about your normal day.

It's online chat or call-in as far as I know. Don't think they do call backs so no point asking.

Forget what you were told Friday. A chat invite was sent to you at 1139 this morning. You need to engage fully in that process now.

i cant see a chat invite and im still waiting for a manager to call me back as requested after speaking to customer service

If you are using Safari I believe you must make sure that 'Hide IP address' is not checked in settings  to be able to see it - if you have difficulty finding that setting then may be try accessing here with another browser
