You tube keeps cutting off

When kn Youtube app it just cuts off and goes back to tv station. Any ideas how to stop this please?

What software version are you on? Something sounding like this was fixed in the latest update.

No it's a full Sky firmware update needed

look in settings. Current version is pretty intuitive to find.

Version with the fix is Q270.000.0010.02L

if I remember correctly.

Looks like a firmware update might fix the YouTube issue. Just head to your Sky settings and see if you’re on the latest version (Q270.000.0010.02L). That should do the trick!
