Unexpected calls 'from Sky' are either sales pitches for Sky Protect (annoying but legal) or the start of outright scams.

Sky may call to offer upgrades to your account - I had one the other day asking if I'd like to increase data or add an iPad to my account. They can also call offering Sky Protect.

Any other call could be a scammer.
