Wifi connection for Qbox/minis

Since high winds and a power outage the Qbox isn't connected to the wifi (which is working)  but we can get most TV channels but no apps.. We also have  a booster and two minis which aren't connected to the router..Our internet/router is provided by an outside local company.

Should I just reboot the Qbox?

hi @catmat101 

 

As your wifi if not SKY then the minis do not use your wifi but a wifi Signal generated by the main box

 

So, yes,  try a power down restart of your main box, followed by your minis

Is the booster a Sky Q Wifi booster?

If so where is it positioned and also to what are you connecting it?
