Sky sends a new box out. They send it wiv  the incorrect power lead. They took my old box, and now sky at all for 2 weeks.

They said they will deliver today then to find out they cancelled it because it was a minor problem.

Because it was just a power and the will send it wiv an engineer on the 22nd of this.

We been with them 26 years and this is how they treat us. Dont truc

Sounds very much like you didn't take everything delivered with new box out of the packaging before putting your old box in and giving it back to the courier. If this is the case, I fail to see how this is Sky's fault

I am just another Sky customer!

Why? Sky won't refund you any out of pocket expenses.

I think, as unreadable as this thread is, they meant that Sky want to charge £95 for providing the cable (or someone does)
