Wrong regional news channels

I have been set up by engineers who said channels would change to wales  in 48 hours , however I'm still receiving  Bristol region after 5 weeks . New address is set on sky with new postcode , please advise .

Hi @Njay6   You could try refreshing your Viewing card. Home - Settings - System info.Highlight Viewing card number and then select Setup on the right hand side. No call is actually made but the Viewing card should be refreshed.
