Wrong name.

I CANCELLED MY SKY. THIS IS BECAUSE Q. THEY WERE UN PROFESSIONAL.

2.THEY CALLED ME AN INNAPROPRIATE NAME.

3. HUNG ONTO 169 POUNDS OF MY MONEY WHICH I WANT BACK NOW. 

4. THAT THE ACCOUNT WAS STOPPED BY ME BECAUSE I HAVE GONE ELSEWHERE WHO ARE VERY NICE AND PROFESSIONAL. 

5. THEY OWE ME MONEY DOES SKY.

If you unilaterally exited a minimum contract term then Sky is entirely justified in charging an early exit fee.  Having a complaint does not automatically permit a breach of contract.

Ripped off

I DID NOT RECEIVE GOODS AND SERVICES FROM SKY. 2. YOU HAVE COLLECTED 169.00 OF MINE FOR SOMETHING I HAVE NOT HAD. 3. PLEASE REFUND THE 169.00. THANK YOU. I LOOK FORWARD TO RECEIVING THE CHEQUE IN THE POST. I HAVE EVIDENCE PHOTOGRAPHED OF WHAT MY NAME IS AND IT IS NOT THAT OF A DECEASED NEIGHBOURS.
