Would i need an engineer to remove this??

Hi there

We are currently renovating our house and we have an old Sky Q wire in our room. Would we need an engineer to come out to remove this or could we just do it ourseleves??

Hi @BoboOwen6782   The dish and cabling are owned by you (not Sky), so if it is not being used you can dispose of it any way you wish.

Hi @BoboOwen6782   If you don't have a Sky subscription and never likely to have one then it is safe to remove. It is not carrying any current or anything, as it would have been powered by the Sky Q box.
