Wifi password not remembered by TV

Our WiFi keeps losing connection and and TV just goes off then wants our WiFi password every time. This is becoming a right pain. Three times yesterday. Why does it not remember our password. Can thuis be rectified so it does remember. Any help? Only been with sky for a couple of weeks...!!
