Hello my sky mini box on the tv in my bedroom isn't working , the sound is working but no picture sometimes the picture will come on for ten mins and then disappear. I've tried changing the tv and the hdmi lead and it's still the same so definitely a problem with the box

Try repowering off your main Sky Q box, leaving off power for a few minutes and then also do the same for your Sky Q mini.
