My main Sky Q box, which has worked perfectly for 7 years, is losing its internet connection overnight. All other devices - laptops, iPads, etc, remain connected to my gigabyt EE Smart WiFi Plus Hub. Reconnecting the Sky Q box restores service immediately. This has only started happening in the last couple of weeks after years of reliable operation.
I can't find a way of speaking to a human in the Technical Department to resolve my issue. Any information gratefully received.
