I am constantly getting the blue screen saying the minibox can not connect to the sky box. My internet also drops out. Sometimes it restarts after a few minutes but more recently I have to reset the router and reset the main sky q box and the mini box. . After a while I lose connection again.
the service checkers says there are no broadband or WiFi issues.
the Sky Q check however states it can't connect to the box. No matter what I try it keeps happening and becoming more frequent. It is making it impossible to watch TV or access the internet.
