WiFi and sky box

i have just had a sky Q box delivered and my WiFi is not fully working and I carnt use the box because their is no Internet to connect to

On Sky Q the live television channels arrive over the satellite dish, not broadband.

@hayley--  A Sky Q box would not be delivered as it would need installing with a satellite dish.  Are you  sure it's not a Stream puck you have been sent?  Check your order confirmation what did you order from Sky?

 

Can you take a photo of the box and upload it here?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
