No SKY Q box

Hi,

Sky engineer arrived today to install my Sky Q but left now Sky Q box, I had explained when I phoned to organise this that I had no Sky box as I had moved back home and had returned my old Sky box. 

He put in the connection but left no Sky box, what should I do now??

You will have to speak to Sky directly @Murcl 

Afraid you are not contacting Sky directly here as this is a customer forum.
If you need to contact them you need to persevere by phone.

@Murcl so just to gert this right the engineer installed the dish and the cables from the dish but left no box

 

Have you ordered broadband at all could the engineer have been installing a broadband line ?
