Why is it I can rarely get radio channels (other than BBC) the weather is fine yet no classic fm

I have sky to live in Margate the weathers fine yet every radio channel that is NOT BBC  has no signal. I'm fed up with this poor service

Typically loss of channels (including radio by satellite) is the result of a dish alignment issue, which you'd need to book an installer visit to resolve.

If it displays no satellite signal take a look at the troubleshooting here
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-tv-no-satellite-signal-sky-q
It may then give you the opportunity to arrange an engineer to check the alignment of your dish. Just to make you aware, if you’re on a communal dish system in the UK you’ll have to contact your landlord or building management company rather than Sky.
