The only advice we have at the moment is to try going to this link and following the advice to generate a new label to see if that gives clarity of which one to use:

Please may I, however, ask that you give us the 2 addresses that you have on the labels so we can refer this and seek advice from our contacts
(Please, however, just type the addresses and do not upload images, in case they contain any codes or details etc. that may be personal to you)
