"Unsuccessful connection" related to sky W mini box.

 

main box connection is fine and fully connected.

 

have tried resetting and various on the mini box and alway now bakc with "unsuccessful connection"

Hi @1JKB   Try working through the help pages. If it doesn't work you may need a booster box or an installer. For these you will need to involve Sky.
