Whilst watching TV , the picture goes blank , audio is still on sometimes, we have to continuously reset Q box. Sometimes if leave it the pictures come back

Whilst watching tv, sometimes the picture goes blank but we still have audio. Sometimes the picture goes blank without audio. Sometimes we get a message iinstructing us to leave netflix, sometimes we have to reboot the sky q box completely after turning off the power. The worst has been recently where the sky q box refuses to reset or drops out continously. Pleae help.

The fix of resetting the sky q box did not help. The issue still exists
