there is no general SKY chat function

If you can give some details we may be able o help or point you in the right direction.

For some specific things, we can refer some people to a SKY Support team who do use a chat - but we need to know if it is something they can assist with first

We are having problem with the Apps (as are many). Im conscious this is being looked into and the "refresh apps" is the guidance, but it isn't always working and there are times where we refresh it and the apps are not available all day....

so i want to contact sky re my dissatisfaction and seek compensation for the fact we cannot use apps such as Netflix.

@Collinsc  If you have a smart TV and have the netflix app on there you can use that version.

Unlikely Sky will compensate you until the issue is resolved, may be best to raise a complaint here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/how-to-make-a-complaint
