What product am I getting for £28 as they’ve taken sky sports off me

I'm paying nearly £30 for sky TV and I can't seem to find what channels im actually paying for and I've noticed that I can't watch Certain sport ?

The baseline channel bundle is either Sky Signature or Ultimate TV (Signature & Netflix)

 

Most Sports content has an additional cost, particularly now Eurosport channels have ceased broadcast to UK & RoI (as of today, Feb 28th 2025)
