TD available to download today in glorious UHD and proper HDR.

Not the HLG abomination that soured House of the Dragon, rendering it unwatchable, when it sporadically appeared for download. 

Hopefully a sign of more professionalism to come.

Indeed it does, taking place in endless night. 

And looks wonderful in UHD HDR

The House of Dragons dark scenes issue was not actually down to Sky, the series was intentionally filmed with as low nits as possible, 1nit according to a renowned and trustworthy tv calibrator and reviewer Vincent Teoh. The series creator admitted as much.

Yeah but HLG certainly compounded the problem because of the way its contrast curve is compatible with SDR screens. People who got hold of the HDR10 version from HBO didn't have such a problem on the same displays that struggled with HLG.
