Hard drive problem, have reset, now saying need new sky Q box

You will need to contact Sky to request a replacement box. There will be no automatic contact from Sky due to you posting on here as this is primarily a customer helps customer forum and you’re not talking to Sky Customer Services.

 

If Sky arrange a doorstep swap of your box remember to remove the viewing card from your faulty box before the courier takes it away.
