Re: We have all the sky channels and everything works other than any of the sky movies channels,
Presumably you have a Sky Cinema subscription? Any error messages showing when you try to watch 301?

Re: We have all the sky channels and everything works other than any of the sky movies channels,
Hi, did you get the issue resolved. We too can watch all other channels except for the channels from 301 to 311. The cinema channels. and yes we have a fully paid for subscription. The channels are all pixelated and unwatchable.
Thanks,

You had this issue a few months ago as well. Did you arrange an engineer on that occasion to check the dish alignment?!

Yes, the engineer came out last week, it was fixed for a few days now its back to the way it was and is unwatchable. He said he realigned the dish and but new connectors on the cables at the dish. I have just booked another engineer visit and the best they can do is 1st March... 3 weeks away.

Purchases won't be lost in those circumstances but i think it's more likely to be a dish issue again.
