‘Watching from the start’ not working

On all sky channels - the option to 'Watch from the start' is no longer appearing on screen

 

There is no problem 'watching from the start' on non-sky channels such as BBC and ITV.

 

I have rebooted my sky q box a number of times but no success!

Just checked on some of my channels and seeing the same as you 


I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer

Sky Q 2 TB (Silver)Box, 2 Mini boxes since June 2016, all connected by wifi
Sky Broadband Hub/SR203, Sky Ultrafast broadband
Ultimate on Demand, Q Experience/UHD, Sky Sports, Sky Cinema
